What exactly is WRENG?

WRENG is a national community of professionals, business owners, and real estate enthusiasts who are pooling together knowledge and resources with a common goal to build wealth through wholesale real estate. By sharing our expertise and experience, we aim to help you avoid costly pitfalls and succeed. We optimize the power of joint ventures to fund our projects. A joint venture is when two or more people partner to purchase a property. All rehab and development costs are shared, therefore, profits are also shared once properties are sold. It’s a way of leveraging collective resources and combined capital to minimize financial burdens and maximize profits. It’s a great option for anyone who lacks the funds or confidence to fund real estate ventures in full.

Our mission is to offer collective support and generous guidance to help foster more prosperous real estate ventures.

Do you have to pay to join?

Yes, a WRENG membership is only $299/Year and is all-inclusive. We realize this is exponentially less than most wholesale real estate groups, and that’s the point. We believe in making the industry more accessible. Rather than seeking to block entry for selfish reasons, we welcome anyone with an interest in real estate to share a piece of the pie, there’s plenty to go around!

We also offer a FREE informational online meetup called Wreal Club once a month. Come as often as you’d like no strings attached, we’d love to have you!
